Probiotic Miso Veggie Stir Fry Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 cup chopped napa cabbage
  • ½ cup sliced red bell pepper
  • ½ cup sliced carrots
  • ½ cup chopped broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp white or yellow miso paste (unpasteurized if possible)
  • 2 tbsp water or low-sodium veggie broth
  • 1 tsp tamari or coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • Cooked brown rice or quinoa (optional)
  • Toppings: green onions, sesame seeds, kimchi (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add cabbage, bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until just tender.
